Hana Ni Arashi

Hana Ni Arashi (A Storm Over Blossoms) is a FanFiction that I recently started reading and I have to thank this for recommending it. I still prefer the previous fanfic that I’ve been reading (refer to the “Who knew Fanfiction could be this interesting?” post) but nonetheless, this one is good too.

Summary: Uchiha Katana was born into a life on the run, always having to be one step ahead of an enemy she cannot see or understand, in a story she has only become a part of by chance. Her father is the man who keeps her to this path - HIS path - one wrought of a tragedy fueled by the revenge he swore to take long ago. Will Katana fall to the curse of being a Uchiha or reach out and take hold of her own happiness?

Not a bad story, I actually liked it, despite my reluctance to read it in the first place.

Who knew FanFiction could be so interesting?

I was browsing around the MangaHelpers forum and stumbled upon this. It has a really great collection of Naruto Fan Fiction.

At first, I thought that Fan Fiction was just some boring stories fans made up (no offense) but I was greatly mistaken. The stories are quite intriguing actually. I’m in the middle of reading this fanfic right now. It’s titled Beyond Hearts & Mind by Xyousha. Summary: Demons of yore are springing up for unknown reasons. Recruited by a child ghost, Hinata falls into the messy job of sealing things up. Naruto and Sasuke are unwittingly dragged in… and what is Sakura doing behind the scenes? It’s actually a sequel to another story; Dimensional Exchanges but you can still understand the story even if you hadn’t read the prequel. In fact, I find it more mysterious. I will probably read the prequel at a later time.

There’s a lot of fanfics with interesting summaries that I have my eyes on but they will have to wait. Who knew fanfics could be so interesting? =P Makes me feel like writing my own. XD Haha, maybe if I do think of a storyline, I might as well go for it. It will improve my writing skills as well.
