Well, only made 5. Ran out of inspiration.

A pity WordPress doesn’t have a feature whereby there’s an icon next to a post. I would really love that. I’m thinking of moving over to LiveJournal, but I dunno….. WordPress still seems okay….

Added these to the Gallery.

Well, today’s Marking Day and school’s out, so what did I do? Some people may spend the day hanging out with friends, watching movies, sleep, play games, watch anime, read manga, etc etc. As for me, as much as I’d like to watch anime and read manga, there’s really no new releases to watch. Conveniently, I had a sudden inspiration and motivation to create some avatars. So, I spent almost the entire day creating icons.

Well, that’s all for now. Who knew creating one avatar could take quite long (about 15-30 minutes for one).

Well… what did I say? I told you that I’d whip something up by Monday. True enough, I managed to do it and it didn’t even take long, less than  30 minutes no less.

Here is the avatar; featuring Lavi from D.Gray-Man.

The idea itself is pretty simple and though I think the picture of Lavi is kinda small, it still looks nice, I’d say. I’m still an amateur at making avatars and I’m still searching for ways to make an avatar look more presentable by looking at other icons made by people who are obviously more adept at making it than I am.

I am thinking of putting up a Gallery for avatars soon…

PS: Is it just me or is it taking a hell lot of time uploading images at imageshack?

Okay, I think I’ve rambled enough about studies and whatnot. It’s time to get back to lighter stuff now.

I made this avatar some day back, as a request from my sister. It features Lambo from Katekyo Hitman Reborn. And no, it’s not a cow, he is actually a human. The small picture of the cow and milk are there because my sister insisted I insert those pictures there.

In my opinion, the design is rather simple but the overall look is nice. I’m pretty satisfied with the end result. If I have made at least 5 avatars, I might start a new Gallery section featuring all the avatars I’ve made so far.

Also, I have found a potential candidate of a page from a mangato be coloured. Whether I’ll really colour it is a different matter though.
